Car come to us for a dyno measurement as customer was suspecting a major power loss.
Indeed it was 114ps which is very low for this engine.

Back to the garage shop to re-align the timing chain and clean the intake from carbon deposits.

We then did a Stage1 remap and power figures were 164ps / 250Nm. Still a bit lower than expected.
A turbo overhaul was then performed and with the same ecu settings power increased to a health 181ps / 284Nm.
