The Focus MK4 also came in a hybrid version, with a little help from an electric motor for slightly better low-end torque. As a result it is more pleasant on the road and carries its weight more easily. The car measured 123ps with 210Nm of torque, slightly below the expected stock figure, perhaps because of the heat, which reached 40 degrees on the day. After the remap the final result was 146ps with 252Nm of torque. It is worth noting that the non-hybrid 1.0-litre versions unfortunately make less torque and power.
