At some point the car's turbo failed and the owner decided to fit the one from the 2.0-litre engine, which bolts on. The setup was completed with a full exhaust, a Wagner intercooler and a freer-flowing intake.
Measured before the remap at 161ps with 245Nm of torque. Final result for the 1.6-litre engine: 224ps with 315Nm of torque. It could be pushed further, but we stopped there so as not to compromise reliability.
