Mini Cooper S R56 1.6T

Those of you who own a Mini Cooper, from the first generation to the latest, know that its handling, even in completely stock form, is excellent. The chassis and road feel are hard to match in its class. After an engine problem, this customer went for a full rebuild and strengthening with forged pistons. At the same time a slightly larger turbo, a bigger intercooler, a full exhaust system and an AEM intake were fitted. The car came to us for the calibration and, with its mechanical changes, initially measured 173 hp and 250 Nm. After the remap we reached 254 hp and 320 Nm fairly comfortably, with very smooth and safe running. But this project doesn't stop here; there is more to come.
