BMW 320d G20 2.0L Diesel 190hp

This BMW G20 320d arrived on the dyno showing lower than factory output: 174 hp and 380 Nm instead of the claimed 190 hp, due to a slightly clogged DPF. We carried out a static DPF regeneration via the diagnostic tool and then applied a custom tuning calibration. The final result after the remap was 225 hp and 464 Nm. Response is now much sharper, with a strong mid-range and smooth, linear delivery. Another BMW that now has the performance it deserves.
