With a properly developed calibration, though, the car is transformed: stronger at low revs, more willing in the mid-range and with better throttle response. Fuel consumption stays at the same level and with gentle driving it can even drop slightly. Above all, the car becomes more enjoyable and relaxing in everyday use. In stock form it measured 119 ps and 178 Nm, and with Stage 1 it reached 147 ps and 240 Nm. A small change in software, a big difference in feel.
