Peugeot 3008 II 1.5L HDi 130ps

We often get vehicles that produce less than the manufacturer claims. Partly it's poor-quality diesel, partly the particulate filter (DPF) not getting a chance to regenerate properly because of short city trips, and partly the previous owners' maintenance. This car measured 120ps / 290Nm stock, a little below expectations. With our Stage 1 remap output rose to 151ps / 345Nm. Although it remains slightly below the figures we usually see on this engine, the gain of +31ps and +55Nm makes a huge difference in everyday driving. When the numbers tell the truth, the feel on the road confirms it.
